We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We disclose it to the following service providers, who process it on our behalf and under contract:

You may request that we correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask what we hold, by emailing king@floodinternational.com. We will respond within 45 days. You may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link.

We do not currently meet the thresholds that make the California Consumer Privacy Act apply to us. We honor the requests above regardless, as a matter of practice. If our size changes such that the CCPA applies, we will update this policy.

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no industry standard for responding to it, and this site does not respond to Do Not Track signals. We do not permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your activity across other websites.

8. Artificial intelligence

Our services use artificial intelligence to draft and process material. Where AI is used on information you provide, it supports human decisions rather than replacing them, and a person reviews the output. AI-generated output may contain errors and does not constitute legal, financial, investment, or tax advice.

9. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, and reputable service providers. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you as required by California Civil Code § 1798.82.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and we will notify clients directly where the law requires it.
